Abstract
"A successful technology project is one that is delivered on time, that comes within budget, and that meets or exceeds stakeholders' expectations." (Lehmann, 2017). Defining a successful project may be easy, but managing a project in an online environment comes with a variety of challenges. Ensuring the success of a project means facing these bandwidth challenges head on.
