Abstract
The Diversity & Inclusion Action Committee and the Program Evaluation Committee within the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences launched the Equity Scorecard project in the Summer of 2020 as a means to examine student persistence. The Equity Scorecard project is designed to identify students who are persisting above and below the college persistence goal in order to better educate the future. Participants will gain insight on the process used, the collaborative analysis from the Diversity & Inclusion Action Committee and Program Evaluation Committee, and the next steps to examine equitable access and student persistence over time.
